1. Each presentation is 15 minutes long. The recommended number of slides is 15. A question and answer sessions will follow all presentations in the session.
    

2. A projector, microphone, and laptop with sound is provided in all presentation rooms. Your presentation will be pre-loaded onto the laptop in your presentation room — provided that you had uploaded it by 4th Dec 2019.
    

3. You will not be able to use your own laptop for your presentation. Raffles Town club’s laptops and projectors are set up and properly connected in advance to ensure that your presentation appears optimally.
   Trying to connect different equipment can lead to problems with presentations.
    

4. Do remember, however, to bring a backup copy of your presentation to the conference on a USB drive.
    

5. You are requested to report to the session chair 10 minutes before the start of their session and save their presentation files onto the laptop (if you have not uploaded it in advance).
